Research trips to Singapore and USA

The US and Singapore flags

Now it is decided that two of the graduate school's PhD students receive SWEAH travel grants from the spring call.

Stina Larsson, Linköping University, is granted 30 000 SEK to visit the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, in June-July 2026.

PhD student Mattias Antar, from the same university, is granted 50 000 SEK to visit the University of Pennsylvania, USA, in June 2026.

After the trips, they will talk about their new experiences at SWEAH's PhD Student Days.

In this call there was one additional, but rejected, application.

The SWEAH grant does not cover conference fees or accommodation in connection with conferences. Costs for subsistence allowance (“traktamente”) are not eligible.

Next call for travel grant applications will be after the summer, with the deadline August 31, 2026.
